Unconferencing offers smaller groups in more intimate settings. But more importantly, it fosters more sharing between peers, even if the peers have varying levels of experience. No one speaks from above; we’re all on the same level. And there is an immediacy to the format; few attendees have deep, prepared presentations. But all of them will share with you what they know. And this sharing opens new opportunities for friendship and long-term connections.
